Sri Lanka, Oct. 15 -- Former Sri Lankan Ambassador to Republic of Guinea extended his warm congratulations and best wishes to His Excellency General Mamadi Doumbouya, President of the Republic of Guinea, and the Government and people of Guinea on the occasion of the country's 68th Independence Anniversary, celebrated on 2 October 2026.
