Sri Lanka, Sept. 10 -- The Italian Naval Vessel ITS Giuseppe Garibaldi arrived at the Port of Colombo on a replenishment visit to Sri Lanka.

The visiting vessel was welcomed by the Sri Lanka Navy in accordance with naval traditions upon its arrival at the port.

The 180-metre-long Landing Helicopter Aircraft Vessel is commanded by Captain Marco Guerriero.

During the vessel's stay in Sri Lanka, its Commanding Officer is scheduled to pay a courtesy call on the Commander of the Western Naval Area.
