Sri Lanka, Sept. 16 -- Sri Lanka Customs has surpassed the Rs. 2 trillion mark in revenue collection, recording a significant milestone in its annual revenue performance.

Customs announced that the Rs. 2 trillion threshold was crossed yesterday, describing the achievement as a major milestone for the department.

The latest revenue figure reflects the Customs Department's contribution to government revenue collection.
