Sri Lanka, Oct. 13 -- A Police Sergeant while behaving in an unruly manner under the influence of liquor and kissed and embraced an underage girl at the Bibila bus stand was taken into custody by Bibila police and produced before Bibila Magistrate Thyaga Silva. He was released on personal bail of Rs. 300,000 with three sureties each. He was a resident of Rideemaliyedda in Mahiyangana and attached to the Kandeketiya Police. Bibila Police produced him on charges of behaving in unruly manner in a public place under the influence of liquor and sexually harassing a ten year old girl. The case was postponed for October 19.
