Sri lanka, Oct. 2 -- Colombo, October 2 (Daily Mirror) - The Bribery Commission said today that legal action will be taken under the Anti-Corruption Act and other laws against those who spread false news on the Bribery Commission and disgrace it and its activities.
The Commission said in a statement that certain persons and institutions with vested interests are engaged in propagating baseless and misleading statements on the Bribery Commission via electronic, print and social media.
