Sri Lanka, April 15 -- The Central Environmental Authority (CEA) has commenced calling for applications for the "Presidential Environment Awards - 2026" programme.

The CEA has invited applications from interested parties before April 30, 2026, under three main categories: the "Industry Sector", "Projects Sector", and "Institutions, Media, and Social Sector".

The "Industry Sector" comprises two sub-sectors, namely Large Scale and Small & Medium Scale industries.
