Sri Lanka, Oct. 10 -- A group of 40 students of Watareka Junior School in Padukka, who developed a condition of allergy after consuming their morning meal was admitted to the Padukka Divisional Hospital this morning.

According to sources at the hospital, 20 of them were discharged after treatment and others were admitted for in-house treatment.

Investigations revealed that they had taken ill after consuming their morning meal.

However, three of them were transferred to the Homogama Base Hospital for further treatment.
