Srilanka, Aug. 24 -- The Examinations Department has announced the dates for the major school examinations scheduled to be held in 2027.

Accordingly, the Grade 5 Scholarship Examination will be held on August 1, 2027, while the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination is scheduled to be conducted from August 3 to 28, 2027.

The General Information Technology (GIT) Examination will be held on October 24, 2027.

Meanwhile, the G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) Examination is scheduled to take place from December 7 to 17, 2027.
