Sri Lanka, Aug. 22 -- "Don't worry I'll control the situation," former President Ranil Wickremesinghe was heard telling the crowd that gathered at the Fort Magistrate's Court when he was brought there.

MPs, former MPs and senior office bearers of the United National Party (UNP) were seen at the magistrate's court.
