Mumbai, Oct. 29 -- Vashi Integrated Solutions plans to open 22 Vashi Mart outlets across 10 states by FY 2026-27. The counter-format network is intended to improve local access to solar equipment, installation essentials and technical support for rooftop solar installers, particularly in Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets.
The planned locations are in Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Kerala, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Assam, Uttarakhand and Odisha. Vashi said its market selection considered rooftop solar potential, including district-level data linked to the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana.
The Marts will offer products over the counter, while larger orders and project requirements will be met through Vashi's distribution and warehousing network. Installers will also be able to use DigiServe, the company's digital procurement platform, to check stock across locations, order products, track deliveries and access product catalogues and technical information. Product guidance, training and technical assistance are also planned.
The network will focus on residential rooftop solar and serve installers working on smaller commercial and industrial projects. Larger commercial and industrial requirements will be supported through Vashi's fulfilment centres.
Suraj Dodeja, Managing Director and Group CEO, Vashi Integrated Solutions, said the network aims to simplify procurement by combining local inventory, digital ordering and technical support as rooftop solar adoption expands.
Founded in 1978, Vashi has more than 22 hubs across over 100 cities. Its solar business has served installers and engineering, procurement and construction contractors for a decade.
