
Sri Lanka, June 22 -- The Sri Lankan Rupee recorded a marginal depreciation against the US Dollar today (22), compared to last Friday, with the selling rate rising to Rs. 339.
According to the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, the buying rate of the US Dollar increased from Rs. 328.85 to Rs. 329.30, while the selling rate moved up from Rs. 338.70 to Rs. 339.06.
The Rupee also weakened against several major foreign currencies, including the Australian Dollar, Canadian Dollar, Euro, British Pound, and Swiss Franc.
