The company filed a regulatory intimation with the stock exchanges on 04.08.2026 noting that the awards will strengthen its order book. The filing indicated that the contracts will contribute positively to the company's revenue and growth prospects. The intimation was addressed to both the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange.

The disclosure stated that the orders were awarded by a domestic entity and were issued as letters of intent for the supply of low tension distribution boxes.
