
Mumbai, July 20 -- Rajasthan Solar Park Development Company Limited, a Government of Rajasthan undertaking, has invited bids for supply, installation and commissioning of Phasor Measurement Units on four 220 kV lines. The works cover PSS-1 and PSS-2 at Bhadla Solar Park Phase II in Phalodi district and strengthen monitoring and reliability. The tender, issued under Bid Enquiry No. RSDCL/TN-01(2026-27) dated July 14, 2026, carries an estimated procurement cost of Rs eight million (mn).
RSDCL will use a single-stage, two-part process on the Rajasthan e-procurement portal with separate technical and financial evaluation and award to the lowest qualified bidder. Documents were put on sale on July 14, 2026 and online bids must be submitted by July 30, 2026 before 6:00 PM; physical submission of fees and security documents is required by 4:00 PM that day. Techno-commercial bids will be opened on July 31, 2026 at 11:00 AM and validity is fixed at 180 days from opening.
Bidders must furnish an Earnest Money Deposit of Rs zero point one six mn, payable by demand draft, banker's cheque or bank guarantee to the Managing Director, RSDCL, Jaipur. A bidding document fee of Rs five thousand plus 18 per cent GST and a processing fee of Rs one thousand five hundred plus applicable GST payable to RISL are mandatory, and the successful bidder must provide a Performance Bank Guarantee equal to 10 per cent of the contract value, valid for at least two months beyond the warranty period.
The scope includes full supply, installation, testing and commissioning of PMUs with associated equipment, integration with existing transmission infrastructure, testing and commissioning services, training of personnel and warranty support. The contractor is required to meet prescribed performance guarantees and complete the project within three months from the date of issue of the purchase order. The move aims to improve grid visibility.
