Mumbai, Oct. 6 -- Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma is scheduled to visit Bayana in Bharatpur district on Monday to inaugurate development projects, lay foundation stones for new works and address a public meeting. The visit is part of his scheduled programme in the district.

Sharma is scheduled to leave Jaipur Airport by helicopter at 11:10 a.m. and reach the Bayana helipad at 11:50 a.m. He will travel by road to the venue near Harnagar Mod on the Bayana-Bharatpur road, close to the Nayara petrol pump in the Bidyari area. The programme is scheduled to begin around noon.

Between noon and 1 p.m., the chief minister will inaugurate various development projects, lay foundation stones for new works and address the public meeting. He will interact with party workers from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m., before leaving for the helipad and departing by helicopter at 2:10 p.m.

Preparations at the venue and helipad were in the final stages on Sunday. Minister of State for Home Jawahar Singh Bedham inspected the venue and reviewed arrangements, while District Collector Kamar Chaudhary and Superintendent of Police Rajesh Kumar Meena monitored preparations. The administration arranged the helipad, venue, traffic management and security, and tightened security along the route.

The BJP also arranged for Sharma's welcome and the participation of party workers. His visit comes amid the Viksit Bharat-Jan Seva Abhiyan in Rajasthan, under which the state government is organising Seva Setu Abhiyan camps in rural and urban areas. The Rajasthan government says the initiative connects people with central and state schemes and citizen services, while helping resolve pending cases and public grievances locally. During a campaign review, Sharma directed officials to ensure eligible beneficiaries receive scheme benefits and grievances are addressed promptly through the camps.
