Mumbai, Aug. 5 -- PVV Infra has secured two contracts from National Highways Logistics Management Ltd (NHLML) to develop, operate and maintain Wayside Amenities (WSAs) on a design, build, operate and transfer (DBOT) basis in Madhya Pradesh.
The projects are located on the NH-44 Gwalior-Jhansi corridor at Dabra and the NH-752D Ujjain-Garoth corridor at Dhanodiya. The annual lease rents are Rs 7.34 million and Rs 17.6 million, respectively.
The facilities are intended to provide modern amenities for highway users while supporting the Government of India's programme to improve roadside infrastructure.
The Dhanodiya site is strategically located near Ujjain and is expected to benefit from rising pilgrim and vehicular traffic ahead of the Simhastha Purna Kumbh Mela 2028.
Gadde Ramakrishna, Whole-time Director, PVV Infra, said the awards strengthen the company's presence in India's highway infrastructure sector and reflect its long-term strategy to build a sustainable portfolio in the wayside amenities segment.
The company has also qualified technically for four additional WSA projects-two on the Bengaluru-Chennai Expressway in Andhra Pradesh and two on the Delhi-Dehradun corridor in Uttar Pradesh. Financial bids for these projects are awaited.
PVV Infra said revenue from the awarded projects will commence after the facilities are developed, commissioned and become operational under the concession agreements.
