Mumbai, Aug. 5 -- Nemetschek India has partnered with CADD Centre to launch a portfolio of AI-enabled Building Information Modelling certification programmes for students, professionals, architects, engineers and enterprises.
The courses will integrate Nemetschek technologies, including Archicad, Solibri and Bluebeam, into structured, industry-oriented training programmes focused on advanced BIM workflows and AI-powered digital construction practices.
The portfolio includes an Executive Diploma in BIM with AI, Master Certificate in BIM with AI, Proficient in Archicad with AI, Essential in Solibri and Essential in Bluebeam. Learners will also receive printed or digital learning guides and workbooks developed by CADD Centre.
The programmes have initially been introduced at select CADD Centre locations in Chennai, Bengaluru and Pune and will later be extended across its wider training network. They will also be available through CloudKampus, CADD Centre's online learning platform for working professionals.
Nemetschek India and CADD Centre will jointly organise technical workshops, masterclasses and industry engagement sessions to demonstrate practical BIM applications across infrastructure and architectural projects.
Participants will gain exposure to use cases involving data centres, commercial campuses, skyscrapers and public infrastructure. The sessions will cover AI-assisted design, model coordination, quality assurance, digital documentation, global BIM standards and international career opportunities.
Alok Sharma, Managing Director, Nemetschek India, said the partnership would help build a workforce equipped with globally relevant digital skills as BIM adoption accelerates across public and private infrastructure projects.
R Parthasarathy, Chairman, CADD Centre Group, said the programmes combine project-based learning with AI-enabled BIM workflows to provide skills relevant to employers in India and international markets.
The curriculum includes real-world project simulations, collaborative BIM workflows, model validation and project coordination. It is designed to bridge the gap between academic education and professional construction practices.
The collaboration forms part of Nemetschek India's efforts to support digital transformation, professional upskilling and technology adoption across India's architecture, engineering and construction industry.
