Mumbai, July 28 -- Manglam Group plans to invest Rs 10 billion (Rs 10 bn) in an integrated commercial project in West Jaipur, expanding its presence in Rajasthan's commercial real estate market. The development, named PinkWest, is being built along the Jaipur-Ajmer Highway and will cover nearly 1.3 million (1.3 mn) sq ft. The company said it expected the project to be completed by 2029, subject to regulatory approvals and construction progress. The announcement positions the scheme as a major new commercial destination for the city.
The project is reported to have a projected development value of around Rs 15 billion (Rs 15 bn) and has recorded more than Rs 3 billion (Rs 3 bn) in sales since bookings opened. It will comprise 287 retail units, 262 office spaces and a 220-key Sheraton Hotel to be operated by Marriott International. The complex will also host food and beverage outlets, entertainment facilities and lifestyle spaces within a single address. The developer indicated that integrated offerings are aimed at attracting businesses, retailers and investors seeking ecosystem-based locations.
PinkWest sits on the Jaipur-Ajmer Highway with direct connectivity to NH-48, Ring Road, Mansarovar, Vaishali Nagar and the Mahindra special economic zone. The site layout and building design have been prepared using green building principles to enhance sustainability outcomes and operational efficiency. The developer said the scheme will seek to create destination value rather than standalone assets. The location in West Jaipur is being positioned as the next major commercial growth corridor for the city.
The chairman of Manglam Group noted that demand is shifting towards integrated developments that combine work, hospitality and retail within a single address, reinforcing the rationale for the project. He added that crossing Rs 3 billion (Rs 3 bn) in sales since bookings began had strengthened the company view on market interest in the corridor. The company will proceed with detailed approvals and construction planning ahead of delivery timelines. The developer stated that completion and commercialisation will depend on regulatory clearances and construction milestones.
