Mumbai, Sept. 2 -- Gaurs Group expects sales bookings of more than Rs 55 billion (bn) in the current financial year, broadly in line with the previous year, with growth focused on Noida, Ghaziabad and the Yamuna Expressway. The developer plans to launch three to four residential projects in Noida and along the Yamuna Expressway by March 2027. The firm has expanded into the luxury housing segment and said the target is supported by upcoming project launches.

The group has acquired land parcels in Noida sectors 129 and 150 and has two more projects awaiting sanction. It is pursuing expansion along the Yamuna Expressway owing to available land parcels in the corridor. Management said shorter construction timelines and improved execution efficiency are central to the expansion strategy.

To shorten timelines the developer is entering strategic tie-ups with suppliers of bathroom fittings, aluminium shuttering, electrical wiring and modular kitchen components. The company estimates these partnerships represent an overall business opportunity of around Rs 10 billion (bn) and are aimed at shifting a larger share of construction activity to controlled environments with components assembled on-site. Previous partnerships include premium bathroom and precast kitchen solutions. The approach is intended to limit on-site work during the three-month period when Delhi-NCR may be affected by GRAP restrictions.

In a separate tie-up the group associated with Seaform Germany in a Rs 1.5 billion (bn) arrangement to extend premium modular kitchens and wardrobe solutions across ongoing and upcoming projects. The partnership will cover more than 10,000 premium kitchens over five years and aims to raise interior standards across developments. Seaform indicated interest in partnering with more Indian developers and could consider setting up a manufacturing plant in the country over the next few years. Management said faster construction and standardised interiors should reduce delays, improve execution and lower project costs.
