Mumbai, Sept. 16 -- Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited, in joint venture with Tata Projects Limited under TCC Construction, has handed over Towers B and C under Cluster 1 of the Worli BDD Chawl redevelopment project in Mumbai.

The two towers comprise 552 residential units and follow the earlier handover of Towers D, E, F, G and H, which together account for 1,380 units.

The large-scale redevelopment project forms part of Mumbai's urban transformation programme and is aimed at providing modern rehabilitation housing while maintaining high standards of structural safety, durability and construction quality.

According to Capacit'e Infraprojects, the project incorporates advanced structural engineering suited to high-density urban development. The construction process includes continuous material testing, multi-tier quality checks and systematic quality assurance across different stages of execution.

The company has also adopted streamlined project management practices and safety protocols to support construction within demanding timelines and a densely populated urban environment.

Capacit'e Infraprojects said its role in the project reflects the increasing use of modern engineering practices and high-performance construction methods in large affordable and rehabilitation housing developments.

The Worli BDD Chawl redevelopment is among Mumbai's major rehabilitation initiatives, involving the transformation of ageing residential stock into high-rise housing supported by modern construction and engineering systems.
