
Mumbai, Aug. 5 -- Aurionpro Solutions has secured an additional Rs 500 million order from the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) to deploy its Automated Fare Collection (AFC) solution for Mumbai Metro Line 5 - Phase I.The order extends Aurionpro's existing engagement on Mumbai Metro Lines 4 and 4A, announced last year, and covers the deployment of its end-to-end AFC system across six additional stations on Metro Line 5.MMRDA is developing one of India's largest metro rail networks to improve connectivity across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Under the contract, Aurionpro will provide ticketing and fare management solutions aimed at enabling seamless passenger movement and efficient fare collection.Sanjay Bali, President - Technology Innovation Group, Aurionpro Solutions, said the repeat order reflects the company's technology capabilities and execution expertise.
