New Delhi, March 18 -- Workday on Tuesday (March 17, 2026) launched Sana, an AI system designed to handle HR and finance tasks directly within its platform, as well as across third-party tools including Gmail, Salesforce, SharePoint, and Slack. The product is available to customers worldwide from today.

The launch covers three components: Sana for Workday, a conversational interface that replaces traditional navigation menus; Sana Self-Service Agent, which automates routine HR and finance tasks using more than 300 built-in skills; and Sana Enterprise, which extends those capabilities to 18 external applications.
