New Delhi, April 7 -- Wipro Limited has signed a multi-year strategic transformation deal with Olam Group valued at over $1 billion, marking one of the company's largest engagements in the food and agri-business sector, the company said.

The eight-year contract includes a committed spend of $800 million and will see Wipro deliver consulting-led, AI-powered transformation services across Olam's global operations. As part of the agreement, Wipro will also acquire Olam's IT and digital services arm, Mindsprint, subject to regulatory approvals.

Mindsprint, which employs more than 3,200 professionals primarily in India, will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Wipro. The acquisition is expected to close by the end of June 2026.
