New Delhi, Oct. 27 -- Cybersecurity company Protectt.ai has acquired a majority stake in AIShield, an artificial intelligence (AI) security platform incubated at Bosch Global Software Technologies (BGSW), to expand its AI security business and accelerate product development.

The investment comprises a primary issuance of shares and a secondary purchase from existing investors. AIShield will operate as an independent company, AI Shield Private Limited, under Protectt.ai, the companies said in a statement on Tuesday. The financial terms were not disclosed.
