New Delhi, Sept. 3 -- ProHance has appointed Ankur Agarwal as Vice President and General Manager, ProHanceCX Sales, as the company looks to expand its workforce management (WFM) business across enterprise customer experience (CX) and workforce engagement accounts.

Agarwal will lead the growth of ProHanceCX, the company's WFM product line, and work with its sales organization to expand its presence in global markets. His responsibilities will include building enterprise relationships and positioning ProHanceCX in the WFM market.
