New Delhi, April 17 -- Procol, an AI-led procurement platform, said it has enabled Gopal Snacks, to achieve savings of over Rs.7.3 crore over approximately 18 months by AI-led automation and data-driven sourcing of its operations.

The FMCG company, which operates at scale across India with a wide product portfolio and distribution network, adopted Procol's platform to centralise and streamline procurement workflows.

Before the implementation, sourcing activities at the company were managed through a mix of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and manual processes, including emails, spreadsheets, and calls, it said.
