New Delhi, May 22 -- Paytm has launched "Pocket Money," a new feature that allows teenagers to make Unified Payments Interface (UPI) payments without needing their own bank account, as the fintech company looks to expand supervised digital payment access for younger users.

Built on the National Payments Corporation of India's (NPCI) UPI Circle framework, the feature enables parents or trusted family members to provide controlled spending access to teenagers while maintaining real-time visibility over transactions through the Paytm app.
