New Delhi, July 17 -- Medi Assist Healthcare Services has integrated the Unique Identification Authority of India's (UIDAI) Aadhaar Offline Verification Framework into its health benefits platform after becoming a registered Offline Verification Seeking Entity (OVSE). The move introduces consent-based digital identity verification across healthcare services, including hospital admissions and insurance claims.

The company said the integration is designed to reduce dependence on physical identity documents while helping prevent identity misuse, impersonation, and document-related fraud.
