New Delhi, Sept. 17 -- Kuku has received observations from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on its proposed initial public offering (IPO), according to the information shared. The company had filed its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) confidentially in June.

The proposed IPO could be in the range of Rs.2,500 crore to Rs.3,500 crore, with a potential valuation of around Rs.15,000 crore, according to the information shared. The issue is expected to include both a fresh issue of shares and an offer for sale.
