New Delhi, Oct. 24 -- Ride-hailing platform inDrive has joined hands with Pony.ai and NVIDIA to explore bringing robotaxis to the country, with Astana identified as the first proposed market.

The companies announced on October 23 that they had signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to assess the feasibility of autonomous ride-hailing. The collaboration will examine whether Level 4-ready vehicles can operate through inDrive's existing platform while meeting local safety, regulatory and commercial requirements.
