New Delhi, Aug. 31 -- Gnani.ai has recently launched Artha, an end-to-end sovereign AI stack unveiled in New Delhi on August 28, 2026, in the presence of Vice-President of India C. P. Radhakrishnan. The launch centered on Gnani Evon v3.3, a 30-billion-parameter open-weights model, and Plexus, the company's agentic AI platform. The Vice-President described the combination as reflecting the growing strength of India's technology ecosystem and said Indian engineers should not only use frontier technologies but also build them.
