New Delhi, Aug. 19 -- PO-bound drone company Garuda Aerospace has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Australia-based Timed Automation Solutions (TAS) to explore autonomous drone technologies, deployments and commercial opportunities across international markets.

The agreement creates a framework for technical cooperation, knowledge sharing and potential joint projects, with an initial focus on autonomous aerial operations and enterprise drone platforms.

The two companies will evaluate opportunities spanning product distribution, joint technology development and participation in domestic and international projects. The arrangement is non-exclusive.
