New Delhi, July 24 -- Fusion Klassroom Edutech Limited has announced that its Initial Public Offering (IPO) will open on July 31, 2026, and close on August 4, 2026. The Anchor Investor bidding period will open on July 30. The IPO has a price band of Rs. 151 to Rs. 159 per equity share, with a minimum bid lot of 1,600 shares.

The issue comprises a fresh issue of up to 1,989,400 equity shares and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to 465,800 equity shares, taking the total issue to up to 2,455,200 equity shares. The company plans to list its shares on the BSE SME Platform.
