New Delhi, July 3 -- 1Finity, a Fujitsu company focused on communications network solutions, has launched a new subsidiary in Bengaluru as part of its expansion in India. The company has established 1Finity India Private Limited as a wholly owned subsidiary of 1Finity Inc.

The move marks an expansion of 1Finity's India operations beyond its existing work in software development, customer support and marketing. The company said the new unit will help it serve communications service providers (CSPs) in India more closely, while also targeting demand from the country's growing cloud and colocation segments. 1Finity said it plans to offer its portfolio of optical, wireless, software and services solutions through the India entity.
