New Delhi, Sept. 22 -- Pune-based fintech and brokerage firm Definedge Securities has raised Rs 22 crore in a Pre-Series A round, taking its total funding to Rs 30 crore. Existing backers Nitin Agarwal and D. Prasad participated again, while Anant Jain and Sachin Kasera joined as new investors. The round is entirely equity and follows Definedge's first institutional and angel funding round in November 2025.

The company plans to use the fresh capital across technology infrastructure, product development, distribution, and margin funding, while increasing its focus on artificial intelligence (AI) and automation.

Definedge's expansion is built around a portfolio of products rather than a single trading platform.
