New Delhi, Aug. 20 -- The next phase of digital commerce may not be defined by another shopping platform or advertising format. Instead, the shift could come from AI systems increasingly influencing how consumers discover products, compare options and make purchase decisions.

That was a key theme at the Criteo Commerce Forum India 2026, where the company brought together more than 200 marketing, retail and commerce professionals to discuss the growing role of artificial intelligence, commerce intelligence and real-time data in digital commerce.
