New Delhi, July 22 -- MedTech startup Bioscan Research has raised $1 million in a seed funding round led by Unicorn India Ventures to expand its non-invasive brain injury detection technology.

The funding will support market expansion, additional regulatory approvals, product enhancements, and the development of new intellectual property as the company prepares for its next phase of growth.

Founded in 2017 by Anupam Lavania and Shilpa Malik, Bioscan Research develops medical devices that combine optics, electronics, precision engineering, software, and machine learning to detect critical conditions without invasive procedures.
