New Delhi, April 10 -- Artificial intelligence (AI) could help companies increase revenue from general trade sales channels by 15% to 20%, according to a new study by Boston Consulting Group (BCG). The report highlights how AI-led tools can improve planning, execution, and operational efficiency across distributed sales networks.
The study, titled How AI Can Reshape Distributed Sales Channels, outlines how AI can transform multiple stages of the sales process by combining structured data such as billing records and loyalty data with unstructured inputs like store images, handwritten notes, and sales conversations.
