New Delhi, Sept. 25 -- Barco has appointed Amit Saxena as Vice President, Global Head of IT, Cybersecurity & AI Platforms, bringing IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence under his global technology mandate.

Saxena announced the appointment on LinkedIn. He joins the Belgium-headquartered technology company with more than 28 years of experience spanning IT strategy, cloud, AI, digital transformation, infrastructure and global capability centers.

In his new role, Saxena will focus on strengthening Barco's global digital foundations and cybersecurity capabilities while supporting the development and scaling of AI platforms across the organization.
