Mumbai, Aug. 10 -- Yes Bank has allotted 1,84,823 equity shares under ESOP on 10 August 2026. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 62,775,573,950 /- consisting of 31,387,786,975 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
