Mumbai, Oct. 22 -- Walchandnagar Industries has allotted 1,02,000 equity shares under ESOP on 21 October 2026. Consequent to the allotment, the subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 13,60,13,064/- divided into 6,80,06,532 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each.
