Mumbai, Nov. 2 -- Viyash Scientific announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Alivira Animal Health, India has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary in Vietnam on 30 October 2026 under the name of Alivira Vietnam Company.

Consequently, Alivira Vietnam Company has become a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of the Company with effect from 30 October 2026.

The incorporated entity 'Alivira Vietnam Company' is expected to undertake the importation, registration, marketing, sale and distribution of animal health products, active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), and phytogenic solutions in Vietnam.
