Mumbai, Dec. 15 -- Vascon Engineers has allotted 23,80,000 equity shares under ESOS on 15 December 2025. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 22,86,67,111 equity shares of Rs.10 each aggregating to Rs.2,28,66,71,110/-.
