Mumbai, July 1 -- Varun Beverages has allotted 1,68,750 equity shares under ESOP on 01 July 2026. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up shares of the Company is increased from 338,22,96,144 equity shares to 338,24,64,894 equity shares having face value of Rs. 2/- each.
