Mumbai, June 19 -- UTI Asset Management Company has allotted 843 equity shares under ESOS on 19 June 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 1,28,52,53,380 (12,85,25,338 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each).
