Mumbai, Oct. 26 -- Titan Biotech has allotted 1,03,29,625 equity shares under bonus issue in ratio of 1:4. Consequent to the allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 5,16,48,125 equity shares of Rs 2 each aggregating to Rs 10,32,96,250.
