Mumbai, Aug. 25 -- Tempsens Instruments (India) received bids for 2,79,44,59,050 shares as against 1,51,81,667 shares on offer. The issue was subscribed 184.07 times.

The non-institutional investors' (NII) portion was subscribed 314.44 times, followed by the qualified institutional buyers' (QIB) portion at 302.88 times. The employee portion was subscribed 124.95 times, while the retail individual investors' (RII) segment was subscribed 60.69 times.

The issue opened for bidding on 20 August 2026 and closed on 24 August 2026. The price band of the IPO was fixed between Rs 285 and 300 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 50 equity shares and multiples thereof
