Mumbai, Sept. 11 -- Tejas Networks has allotted 32,268 equity shares under ESOP on 11 September 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 178,09,76,030/- divided into 17,80,97,603 equity shares of Rs10/- each.
