Mumbai, May 20 -- Tata Communications has appointed Ganapathi S. Lakshminarayanan (DIN: 01828104) as an Additional Director and as Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of the Company, for a term of five years from 20 May 2026 to 19 May 2031 (both days inclusive), subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company.
