Mumbai, Aug. 21 -- The initial public offer of Sunshine Pictures received bids for 58,04,90,382 shares as against 54,86,051 shares on offer. The issue was subscribed 105.81 times.

The qualified institutional buyers' (QIB) portion was subscribed 123.52 times, while the non-institutional investors' (NII) category was subscribed 197.04 times. The retail individual investors' (RII) segment was subscribed 56.60 times.

The issue opened for bidding on 18 August 2026 and it closed on 20 August 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed between Rs 342 and 360 per share.

The IPO comprised a fresh issue of equity shares worth up to Rs 1,428 crore and an offer for sale of equity shares aggregating up to Rs 125 crore by Sathishkumar T and Anitha S. ...
