Mumbai, Aug. 11 -- State governments collectively raised Rs 15,300 crore through the auction of State Government Securities (SGS) on Tuesday, with all six states accepting their entire notified amounts.

Andhra Pradesh raised Rs 3,800 crore through three securities. It mobilised Rs 1,000 crore through a fresh nine-year security at a cut-off yield of 7.46%. The state also raised Rs 1,200 crore through the re-issue of 7.65% Andhra Pradesh SGS 2043, originally issued on 11 March 2026, at a cut-off price of Rs 99.98 and yield of 7.6511%. It further raised Rs 1,600 crore through a fresh 30-year security at a yield of 7.64%.
